SKO Canada Immigration Consulting Inc. respects your right to control how your personal information is collected and used. This page explains the consent choices available to you.

1. Consents you provide when using our services

Free Eligibility Assessment

When you submit the Free Eligibility Assessment form, you consent to us contacting you at the email and phone number you provide to discuss your assessment result. You can withdraw this consent at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or contacting us directly.

Engagement as your representative

Before we can act on your behalf with IRCC, you must sign IMM 5476 (Use of a Representative) explicitly authorizing us to receive and share information about your case with IRCC.

2. Website consent (cookies and analytics)

See our Cookie Policy for details. Analytics tracking is limited to anonymized usage data via Google Analytics 4.

3. Withdrawing consent

To withdraw any consent previously given:

• Email contact@sko-immigration.com with subject "Consent withdrawal"
• Include your name, email used at time of consent, and which consent you are withdrawing
• We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and process within 30 days

4. Your privacy rights under PIPEDA

You have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request corrections, and to file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you believe your rights have been breached. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
