We do not have a separate office in Waterloo. Our office is in Kitchener, at 72 Victoria Street South, Suite 300. Waterloo clients meet with us by appointment at the Kitchener office or by video call, whichever suits you better. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to noon. You can also call (437) 329-0841.

No. Our office is in Kitchener at 72 Victoria Street South, Suite 300. Waterloo clients meet with us in Kitchener by appointment or by video call.

Can you help international students in Waterloo?

Yes. We help with study permit applications and extensions, and with post-graduation work permits when your program ends. This applies to students at the University of Waterloo, Wilfrid Laurier University, Conestoga College and other schools.

Do you offer consultations in French?

Yes. Sandra Konian works in English and French. Tell us your preferred language when you book.

What is an RCIC?

A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant is a licensed professional authorized to give immigration advice and represent clients. RCICs are regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants.

Can you guarantee that my application will be approved?

No. Only Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada decides applications. We prepare complete, clear files and explain your options honestly.

Can I meet online if I cannot travel to Kitchener?

Yes. Video consultations are available for clients in Waterloo and elsewhere.

Which documents should I bring to a first meeting?

Bring your passport, any current permits or status documents, and any letters you have received from IRCC. If you are a student, bring proof of enrolment. We will tell you what else is needed.
