I am Sandra Konian, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC, #R708751), based in Kitchener, Ontario.

I am a French speaker and work in both French and English—a choice that matters to many of my clients who are French-speaking immigrants in Canada and abroad. Immigration consultant in Kitchener: common questions

Do I actually need a licensed immigration consultant?

No, you can file most immigration applications yourself. Whether hiring a consultant is worth it depends on how complex your case is and how much your time is worth. If your case is straightforward and you have time to read IRCC's manuals, you probably do not need us. If your case has moving parts, or your time is limited, the value is in the mistakes we prevent.

How much does it cost to work with SKO?

Fees depend on the program and the complexity of your file. We quote you an exact number after your eligibility assessment, before you commit to anything. Payment is split into stages so you are not paying for work that has not happened yet.

How long does an immigration application take?

This depends entirely on the program. IRCC publishes current processing times on its website and we always share the live estimate with you before you start. What we control is how fast your file gets prepared and submitted. What we cannot control is IRCC's decision timeline.

Is Sandra actually licensed?

Yes. Sandra Konian is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), licensed by CICC (College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants) under license number R708751. You can verify her license on the CICC public registry.

Do you offer services in French?

Yes. Sandra is a native French speaker. All services are available in English or French, at your preference. Documents can be prepared in either language.
